Obstrucitve Sleep Apnea is when a person goes to sleep and their throat closes its self because they become to relaxed during sleep and their throats only open because the person wakes up and there musels gain tension again. cessation of breathing lasts about 10 seconds to 2 Minutes and is potnetionaly life threatening.
