Emergency Relief
After the devastating tsunami, the immediate task at hand was to rescue the living. To give a glimpse of hope to the people desperately clinging on to their lives. It gave people a reason to believe their loved ones were still alive however slim the chances might be.
As the waters receded, the death toll kept rising. From the initially reported 20,000 to the present 200,000. The clock is ticking, and this hope seems to fade.
