In some ways, graffiti is a form of vandalism, but in other ways, graffiti is a form of communication and art. Many times, people are actually hired to come to a barren building and liven it up with beautiful murals, with graffiti. Many times when you walk along the street, you DO see vulgar graffiti, but sometimes a beautiful mural can brighten up your day!
