Fennec Foxes normally live in arid, sandy regions. Specifically in Northern Africa, across the Sahara, the Sinai Peninsula and Arabia. Fennec Foxes will dig underground so they do not burn in the desert sun. I'm surprised that such a small fox can live in such a harsh desert.
