Why is the webpage so big that there are vertical and horizontal scrollbars on my screen?

This website is best viewed in 1024 by 768 resolution. Your computer's resolution might be too small. Go to the desktop, right-click on a blank spot and click properties. When the properties window pops up, click the settings tab and adjust your resolution.

Why does my browser not load the splash page, or the quiz?

I can't view the text properly, it appears as symbols. How do i fix this problem?

This is probably because you have selected the wrong kind of encoding for our site. To fix the problem, right-click on the text and mouse over "encoding". Click on Unicode, or Western European.

The page takes to long to load, I cannot view it properly.
