’’Atteljee’’ uses durable materials. The following techniques are possible to practise there:
- Painting with acrylic paint on for example paper, glass, stone or wood.
- Drawing with pencils, pens or crayons.
- Painting in watercolours, making gouaches, or making collages.
- Combinations of different techniques.
The created works are being exhibited, lent out or sold. In the city hall of Almere there are some works of art of ‘Atteljee’ in the meeting rooms in the basement.

When a work is lent out or sold, the artist itself plays an important role. Because of this, their feeling of self esteem and self-confidence is being reinforced. The profit of the sold or let works of art is being used to buy new materials. After deliberation, a work of art is being made on orders.

What is also common is that a picture postcard is made of one of the paintings. These postcards are sold in shops. The postcard above was being bought by us, in the shop: ‘Trikado’.

‘Atteljee’ is opened for public, every Wednesday from 10 AM to 12 PM and from 1 PM to 4 PM.
On every other day in the week, the clients are working independently.
