The Awkward Abduction

Alien zookeepers have abducted The
Great Auk, Mario, Fred Smith, John Kerry, and Larry the Cucumber.
To escape, each one has plans to build a gadget (Cloaking Device, Lock
Pick, Stun Gun, Disintegrator, and Pocket Rocket,) out of a miscellaneous
object. (A knife, crayon, glove,
magnet, and cheeseburger.) Find out which escapee had what object to make what device.
- Kerry
does not have any metal objects, and has no idea how to make a
disintegrator.
- Fred
Smith has the glove, but cannot use it for a two word tool with rhyming
syllables.
- The
Great Auk just happened to have a crayon with him when he was
abducted.
- Cheeseburgers
are pretty hard to use as lock picks, as most locks are pretty small.
- Mario
is a graduate from “Cloaker’s School of Deception,” but, despite his
constant begging, his agent would never let him touch a hand weapon.
- Crayons
aren’t used to harm people or melt objects.
- War
heroes should not play with guns, so our puzzle is safe from their constant
shooting.
- The
Pocket Rocket is activated by repelling the ship with magnetism.
