The catch is, he has only $140.3256, and the four trips cost up to four hundred dollars!!!  One of them is $100.00 on the mark, but which one?  The flight plans were way back there!  Now turning around now!  Using the quotes from the tourists at the airport, find out where and when the cheapest vacation will be.
