Tamales

Enchiladas
| A tortilla that is covered with red chili. In the inside you could put pork, or chicken. You then roll it. On the top you could put strips of white cabbage and queso fresco. |

Salsa
It has green or red chilis. In the green salsa you put green tomatoes, and in the red salsa you put red tomatoes. You put salt, water, and cilantro. |

Mole
| It is a chili chocolate sauce. You could pour it over chicken (not raw). |

Posole
It is kind of like a soup with hominy and pork in it. When you serve it you can put strips of white cabbage, salsa, and lemon. |

Menudo
| It is almost the same as posole but insead of putting hominy and pork you put cow stomach. |

Tortillas
| It is thin and made of corn dough or flour. |

Recipes
Enchiladas
First you get your supplies.
Supplies:
- Red chilis
- Red tomatoes
- Water
- Tortillas
Then you have to boil the Red chilis, Red tomatoes, and add water to it. Boil it until its well done. After, you put the Red chilis, Red tomatoes, Water into the blender. But do not put too much water in it. Then blend until its well done (about 1 or 2 minutes). After, pour the mixture in the pan. Then boil it until its hot. After, get another pan and pour oil in it. So after, dip the tortilla into the pan that has the oil until it gets a little bit crispy. After, dip the crispy tortilla into the pan that has the mixture in it. Lay it in there for about 15 seconds.
After, you put some toppings on it.
Toppings:
- Cheese
- White cabbage: cut into strips
First before you do anything pour as many cheese as you want. After roll your tortilla like a taco and pour as many as you want of the white cabbage. Then enjoy your food!!!!! |
Tacos De Papa (Potato)
Supplies:
- Potato (as many servings you will serve)
- Tortillas
- Sauce Pan
- Oil
- Bowl
- A Thing to Smash the Potato
First, you need to smash the potatos.
Second, warm up the tortillas.
Third, put some of the smashed potato inside the warm tortilla.
Fourth, get the saucepan and add oil. After, put the tortilla inside. Let the outide of the tortilla get hard.
Fifth, add the following optional ingredients:

Queso (Cheese)
Salsa De Jitomates (Tomato Sauce)
