One day at the Okefenokee
Swamp, there was an amiable Godmother in an exquisite safari suit. She was
walking barefoot around the circumference of the prodigious swamp. She was
barefoot because she had lost her shoe to a malicious crocodile about an hour
earlier. The result of having no shoe was very painful. The Godmother stepped on
a piece of bark. This caused an acute pain in her toe. She was bleeding, so she went to the swamp’s bank to wash off
the blood. When she went to the swamp’s bank a strange thing happened, the
malicious crocodile that had taken her shoe earlier was reposing on a near by
rock.
The Godmother
crept over to the crocodile carefully. As she got closer she realized that the
crocodile had an acute pain, too. That is why he was so malicious. She saw
her shoe and grabbed it. It was manifest she wouldn’t be able to wear those
shoes again.
When she got
home she treated her wound, and vowed never to go to a swamp again.
Plus she had to buy a new pair of shoes.
