Ticks

	Ticks are not venomous.
	Ticks are related to spiders, scorpions, and mites.
	They are about 1/8 of an inch long.
	Ticks are not insects.
	Their body is all one piece.
	Sometimes ticks are called deer, sheep, or cattle ticks. This is misleading because they feed on other animals or human blood.
	Ticks draw blood from a beak.
	Ticks do not have fangs or a stinger.
	If a tick gets on you, you take some fine tipped tweezers and pull it off by the head.
