The real secret behind the good taste of coffee is the blending. Coffee blend recipes are always highly protected secrets.
To reach a harmonious mixture, different kinds of coffee beans are mixed. This can occur before or after roasting. There is also a small market for “pure” coffee, in which all of the beans are of the same variety.
