Opal, also a category 3 hurricane, hit the pan-handle of Florida, Tennessee,
and Alabama, resulting in 27 deaths and over 3 billion dollars. Hurricane
Charley, a category 4, killing at least 16 people, cost Florida at least
15 billion. This hurricane also hurt Florida's citrus economy lowering
