Anthony   My name is Anthony and I contributed by doing the section on knights. I am 11 and I am in the gifted and talented enrichment program. I love to go on the computer and play games. My favorite show is the  Fresh Prince of Belair and I love soccer .We thought up this idea because we wanted to do medieval clothing so we did. We worked as a team by deciding who does what.   Irene   My name is Irene. I am a fifth grader at Swimming river school and am in G.A.T.E (gifted and talented enrichment). I am very interested in the medieval period, acting, and reading.I also am a big fan of Pooh Bear and Eyore. I became interested in medieval clothing and the medieval period when I went to a renaissance festival. Then I came to the We Search Research cluster and we chose clothing as a topic. I was still hooked on medieval areas so I suggested Medieval Clothing. And now that’s our topic. I am also almost always found with a fiction book.  I hope you enjoy or have enjoyed our site.     Kayla     Hi my name is Kayla. I am nine years old.  I am part of a gifted and talented education program (GATE) at my school.  I am worked on our website with my group. We all have to do a lot of work. The topic of our whole group was medieval clothes. I contributed by doing the castle clothes. It took us more than one month of GATE classes to finish up the website of our own topic. After we needed to still create our home page! It was tough but we did it.   Nija Hi I am Nija. I am a fifth grader in Swimming River School. I am in the Gifted and Talented Enrichment program. (G.A.T.E.) I am 10 years old and here is a little more information on what I did to come this far in success. First I am going to start off by telling you how my G.A.T.E. Group and cooperated and worked together. Whenever someone in our group did not understand something instead of asking Ms. Allen for help we would help each other. Secondly I am going to tell you what my topic is and how I got it. My topic is Medieval Clothing of the wealthy. I got it by working together and thought of our whole group. We came up with Medieval Clothing because we wanted to be different from every one else that already had their topic. Lastly I am going to tell you about how I got this far in G.A.T.E. Well I got this far with help from my gate group and from my wonderful teacher Ms. Allen. They did a lot for me and helped me out a lot. With their help I got this far and that is how I got this far in success and I am so happy and thankful.   Plair   Hello my name is Plair. I’m a G.A.T.E (Gifted And Talented Enrichment) student in Swimming River School. I’m 10 years old. My favorite show is InuYasha. I love playing basketball. It’s my favorite sport. I also love shopping and watching movies. I got the topic for my website from the choices our teacher gave us. Our group agreed on clothing. Now, we had to pick a time period. We pondered a little and came up with the medieval times. My website is about the people of the church.   Ms.Allen   I am the Gifted And Talented Enrichment (G.A.T.E.) Program educator at Swimming River School.  I worked with the students to help research and design their web site. Student met twice a week to research their topic and create their site.  Creating this website was a wonderful learning experience for my students and myself.
