Water Strider
****The water strider is a small
insect that lives on the water. Why does it live on the
water, rather than under it? Well, it does so because when smaller
insects land on the water, the water strider puts an end to the
insect's struggle and misery. The water strider hunts many insects
that are careless enough to land on the water through "bad
piloting." Why do we need these insects?
***We need these insects because
without them,those insects that bug you, and annoy you, such
as the green bottle fly, would probably spread tons of disease
that would cause our extinction. Although the water strider isn't
the only insect that's helpful, it prevents much disease.
