Raccoons

***I'm going to tell you about the raccoon. Raccoons get into a lot trouble, because they like to go on night prowls. They get bad reputations, because people get mad when they raid garbage can and make messes in their yards.

***The reason they like to live at ponds is because there are frogs, fish, and other smaller animals they can kill. When they kill little bugs or amphibians like snails, frogs, and other little creatures like these they don't bother to eat them. Sometimes they even fight over fish. They like to eat blackberries and other fruits in the wild.

***Something about their fur is that it is fluffy. On their tails they have rings around them. Usually they have 4-10 rings. On their face the fur makes it look like they have a furry mask. One way they walk is that they wobble. It looks quite funny. That's some stuff that I know about raccoons.
