Minnow

of minnows. They are rather small and thin. Many people raise
these fish for bait. Minnows can be found all over the pond.
They eat insects and plant life. Other larger fish eat minnows.
Minnows are 8 to 10 inches long.
***The minnow is a bluish or greenish
black. When the female lays her eggs they are mostly orange.
