Welcome to Starcow's impaired communication homepage! Our sites navigation is simple and effective. You will notice that there are next and back buttons on each page, you can use these for simple navigation around our page in a logical order. To quickly jump from page to page you can use the Flash sidebar to the left to jump to any of the pages in the site. (if your browser does not support Flash you can use the link to access the bitmap version) Above, there are three links to the sub-main pages of the site.

Each of the three divisions of the site (Blind, Deaf, and Mute) contain three pages. The first is scientifics, which will explain the part of the body the impairment is affecting and how it becomes impaired. Next is solutions, which will explain how and what is used to overcome the impairment. The final part is the links page, which will contain links to take you to many websties with more in depth information. Finally there is a small time line containing a small history of communication impairment.
