Creation vs. Evolution

Before we can venture to ask is there life in space, we must first find how life began on our home planet, Earth. The great question of “how did life begin” has been bound up with religious beliefs even more strongly than the origin of the Earth and the universe itself. The argument over this issue is far from done. Scientists and philosophers have quarreled over the “creation vs. evolution” battle, since both have convincing evidence that life began that way. The general idea of each is simple. Evolution is the developing of one species to form a new species or form of that species, while creation is the belief that life sprouted following what is said in the Bible. Creation says that Earth was created by God in seven days with the sky coming first, then the sea, then the land, etcetera. But, when you think about it they are both extremely similar to each other in many ways. Life could have even begun by a mix of the two, or even from a completely different idea that we have never thought of yet. Even after thousands of years and hundreds of jumps in technology and science we still do not know how life began.
