Special Baked Apple

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Steps:

  • Cut away the skin and slice apple; arrange in small casserole.
  • Top with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  • Bake uncovered at 375 degrees until tender, about 40 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, stir slices.
  • Transfer slices to serving dishes and top each with plain yogurt.
