Special Baked Apple
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple

- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Steps:
- Cut away the skin and slice apple; arrange in small casserole.
- Top with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees until tender, about 40 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, stir slices.
- Transfer slices to serving dishes and top each with plain
yogurt.
