Berry Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons boysenberry or strawberry jam or preserves
  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup frozen boysenberries, unsweetened

Steps:

  • Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding berries slowly.

 

Servings: 2, 1 cup each
