Before we begin, it is always good to know some information..
Feel free to navigate around.
I have a question!
Where can I get:
How much each day do I need:
I'm just too tired / lazy / bored
/ busy to go through all of the above.. Can I have a short summary
of everything?
What is calcium?
 Do
you know that calcium is the most common mineral in our body?
Our bones and teeth have about 99% of the calcium in our body!
Can you imagine that? In fact, calcium is so important to us that
if we do not take in enough calcium, our body will take calcium
from our bones to maintain the calcium levels in our blood. If
this carries on, our bones will no longer be firm.
Hence, we need to have enough calcium to maintain healthy and
strong bones.
Don't you want to learn more? Then click on the 'right' arrow
to find out why calcium is so important to YOU and ME!
If not :( , you can choose to skip all this information and go
straight to the summary. But if you do that, you will be missing
quite a lot of information..
Let's
carry on!
