Remedies:

Some general remedies that are beneficial in fever are:

In order to digest the various toxins mild sweating is beneficial.For this one should lie on a bed covered with blanket for 15-20 minutes.

Take 10 grams (one-tablespoon) raisins and 10 grams (one tablespoon) fresh ginger. Crush and put in 200-ml. water for one hour. Boil this decoction till the water reduces to 50 ml. Strain and drink while warm.

Advisable diet:

Easily digestible diet is advised for the patient Boiled or steamed vegetables vegetable soup fruit and fruit juices.

MIGRAINE

Remedies:

Application of freshly ground clay or freshly ground sandalwood on the forehead gives relief in severe headaches.

When not suffering from cold a teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water can be taken.

Massage of forehead,temples,neck and shoulder muscles gives much more relief in migraines.But very little oil should be used for massage in order to prevent chafing and burning.

STOMACH ACHE

Remedies:

Take 30 grams of pomegranate seeds,sprinkle salt and add a pinch of black pepper.Chew them well and swallow.

For intestine troubles eat 2 ripe bananas with 250 grams of yoghurts daily for a week.Avoid fried or spicy food and fat.
