A short meal should be taken before sunset followed two hours later by a bath in luke warm water.

Before  going to bed the patient should listen to some soft music as the sound of drone instruments or rustling leaves.

The milk of a nursing mother brings relief when drop is placed in each nostril.

Rinsing the eyes with rosewater before sleeping also brings relief.

Massage feet, calves,nape of neck and shoulders.
