• Brackish Water-slow moving, muddy, and mossy water  BACK
• Membrane-An extra eyelid the crocodile uses when it goes under water and can still see  BACK
• Thermo regulating-Laying down with their mouth open to cool off 
• Crocodiles- Type of reptile that has a pointed snout  BACK
• Gavials-Type of reptile that has a slender snout  BACK
• Caimans-Type of reptile that has a ridge above their eyes  BACK
• Alligators-Type of reptile that have a rounded off snout  BACK
• Marshes-A place where water is filled with mud and is thick to walk in  BACK
• Lagoons-A shallow body of water that is separated by sandbars or coral reefs  BACK
• Swamps-An area of water that is filled with moss and other dead plants  BACK
• Bayou-A body of water (such as a stream) that is just a little bigger than a stream  BACK
• Wetlands-A place where it is filled with water  BACK
• Intriguing-Fascinating interesting; wanting to learn more about it  BACK
• Wade-Walking into a pond and the water only going up to your knees  BACK
• Gaiters-Leather boots used to walk or "wade" through water  BACK
• Locomotion-How fast an object is going; the speed 
• Mascot-An animal that represents some school or business  BACK
• Predator-Something that hunts food and lives in the wild  BACK
• Prey-Is an animal or plant that a reptile hunts or eats  BACK
• Conservation-Keeping something held against its will  BACK
• Illegal trafficking of crocodilian goods-Is where people hunt down crocodilians to make goods such as purses and shoes  BACK
• Accessories-Is where people try to make purses or clothes for example out of crocodilians skin  BACK
• Scales-Is a part of a reptiles body that has a rough, scratchy feeling  BACK
• Cold-Blooded-Cold-Blooded is where the animal adjusts to its climate. Since a crocodilian is cold blooded it adjusts to the temperature of the day  BACK
• Vertebrates-Vertebrates is an animal that has a spine in its back  BACK
• Tropical Climate-Is where a crocodilian lives where the sun will `shine on them and heat their bodies. Kind of like a beach in Hawaii!!!  BACK
• Amphibians-Amphibians are animals such as frogs that live part of their life in water and part of their life on land  BACK
• Terrarium-A small version of a large room  BACK
