Similarities between
animal and plant cells
Animal and plant cells are both eukaryotic: that means that they have proper nuclei.
Animal and plant cells also contain cytoplasm. Perhaps the most important things to be found in cytoplasm are mitochondria. Mitochondria contains all the enzymes to obtain energy from glucose. Mitochondria also contain a bit of DNA which control how they work.
Animal and plant cells also have a cell membrane around them.
