　社会は、歴史、地理、公民があります。歴史は、日本の歴史、世界の歴史を、小学校よりくわしく学習します。地理は、世界や日本の気候、地形などを学習します。公民は、私達の生活が、どうしたらもっと豊かになるのかということを考えていきます。日常生活を振り返ったり、「歴史」「地理」で学習したことをヒントに考えます。
We learn history, geography and civics in social studies. In history, we learn about Japanese history and the history of the world. In geography, we learn about topography and climate of the world and Japan.　In civics, we consider how to make a good life by retracing past life and the using the knowledege we have already learned in history and geography..
