patent wars on AIDS drugs

response

  1. If greater AIDS awareness responsibilities are delegated to those officials and organizations at the regional and community level, then there could be a more personal and less stringent approach to remedying the problem.

  2. A generic drug distributor could open business in the United States and import generics from certified producers like Far Mangunihos in Brazil and Ranbaxy Laboratories in India and sell them to those U.S citizens unable to afford expensive U.S medicines, for discount prices.

  3. Less United States litigious intervention in the actions of global generic ARV producers would foster an atmosphere of interdependency and more countries would be apt to aid the United States' struggle and understand how difficult it is to distribute money to all the ravaged countries.
