In Brazil, when we start produce generic medicine, we save lot of lives. That is because we put lives before money. That is because we have courage. What other poor nations must do is bring courage. And be brave and fight the big companies who only think of themselves. All of us must able to choose life over money. No body can tell us that we cannot get medicine because we are poor. Who are they to say it? It is our life, we must protect and fight for it. For us and for our people. Thank you.

I don’t really know enough to have a defined option on this. It seems to me that a capitalist nation/company will attempt to profit before attempting to sacrifice.
