About This Project

 The Team Members:
The team communicated mostly online but had one big meeting at Emily's house to work on the 
project. 

 Emily
My name is Emily and I am fourteen years old. I currently go to Thomas Jefferson High 
School. I contributed to this project by doing most of the site design, as well as the 
most of the writing. I play guitar, flute, dulcimer, and mandolin. 

 Karin
My name is Karin, and I am 15 years old (after October 16). I currently go to Robinson 
Secondary School located in Fairfax, Virginia. I was the main photographer for the pictures 
displayed on this site. I used a Hewlett Packard digital camera that I got from COMPUSA. I 
play, and try to teach myself, any instrument that strikes an interest in my mind at the 
moment. 

 Nona
My name is Nona and I am 14 years old. I am a freshmen at Thomas Jefferson High School of 
Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia. I have been playing piano for over eight 
years and regularly compete in festivals and piano competitions. I helped work on the Create
Your Own Musical Instrument section and did the Terminology section.

 Mr. Lee
My name is Mr. Lee and I had the honor of teaching the team members who created this site. 
They made my job very simple with their creativity, knowledge, and diligence. I tried to 
teach myself how to play the guitar, but I wasn't very good and my wife didn't like the 
calluses that formed on my fingers. However, I did enjoy playing the one song I eventually 
mastered.
