Bioethics-OrgansRecently, humans have been attempting to grow organs. Whether by cloning or growing them in pigs, organs are in great demand but often low supply. Even then, an organ compatible to the person is needed. The growing of organs has its beneficial aspects; however, will it become a commercial enterprise? DetailsIs it ethical to sell human organs needed for transplants? Will it develop to such a stage that humans will be cloned and kept frozen, organs ready to use? It has already been discussed that humans will probably not be cloned, however, what about selling off human organs? As of now, organs are donated, not sold. How will the health care system be changed should organs be sold? Additional Resources and LinksReferencesThe President’s Council on Bioethics. (n.d.).
