The satellite would be 68 feet and 10 inches long while its width would be 43 feet and 5 inches. Its mass would be 3,918 pounds on orbit.  

Power

Two wings covered with silicon solar cells, generating 2300 watts will supply power on orbit.  

Payload Power

A nickel- hydrogen battery would supply payload power during eclipses.  

Propellant

The propulsion system is a bi-propellant system, which uses monomethyl hydrazine fuel and nitrogen tetroxide oxidizer.  

Communication

There are Ka, Ku and S Band communication services.
