burning and thus control the thrust. More the thrust required, larger will be the perforation but the fuel will burn for a smaller time. Lesser the thrust required, smaller will be the perforation but the fuel will burn for a very long time.The burning period and the thrust depends upon the type of perforation in the fuel.
