Manned Mission to Mars

In the earlier sections we have studied the unmanned missions, Spirit and Opportunity . During the course of this study we have realized the shortcomings of sending robotic missions to mars.

Robots are simply not capable of wisdom. They can adjust to circumstances but only those ones for which they are programmed.

They are not capable of flexibility and are not autonomous enough to make decisions during uncertainties.

Thus the efficiency of a manned mission is much greater than that of unmanned missions.

Let us now see the various aspects of manned missions to mars.
