- ½ cup parsley (chopped)
- ½ cup of green onions (chopped)
- ½ cup of pimentos
- 2 pounds of a lump of crab meat
- Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Breadcrumbs

Recipe
- melt
butter over low heat and stir-in flour
- cook until a boiling point
- add milk slowly, stirring constantly
- add celery and mushrooms
- continue cooking while adding parsley, green onions, and primentos
- fold-in crabmeat
- add you sauce, salt, and pepper
- pour mixture into individual baking dishes and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
- bake until brown on 350 degrees
