Description
The Himalayas of Asia has Yeti, but the Northwest of America has Bigfoot. He is said to be a hairy ape-like man. People say he's 7 to 9 feet tall, between 600 and 900 pounds, and his foot prints are said to be 12 to 14 inches long and approximately 3 inches deep.
What's the Difference?
Canada calls Bigfoot Sasquatch, to the US its Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Either way you say it it's the SAME!!!
The First Encounter
The first recorded encounter with Bigfoot was in 1811, in a city that is now present day Jasper, Alberta Canada. The victim as you might call it, claimed that he saw a footprint in the snow, with 4 toes and 18 inches wide. Whether the story is true or not there is no legitimate proof.
How long the stories have been spread?
Bigfoot stories have been told for over 400 years. In almost every story, every encounter, there's different information about a heroic escape, rescue, and an I- almost- lost- my- life- tale. Everyone has a different story, so there's no "official" information. There's no "official" proof of the existence of Bigfoot or Sasquatch.
