Pro-Globalisation
(Note - This article poses an argument advocating globalisation. Think about the current state of the world --- never before in the history of humanity has there been such a sense of order, diplomacy, and prosperity as that which exists right now. This is not the result of a single factor nor even a small collection of reasons; the ultimate explanation behind such worldwide success lies in the principles of globalisation that have been forged not long ago.
The population worldwide has increased exponentially over the past two centuries first reflecting a tendency for industrialisation, and later, showing a response to globalisation. It is highly convincing, therefore, that globalisation serves to promote the capacity of life worldwide by spreading larger and more ambitious work endeavors across a greater amount of the available labour market. Such stimulus would not be as possible under regional arrangements because with less diverse backgrounds available to the marketplace, there would not be as high a tendency for successful matches between buyer and seller.
But there is global trade and worldwide investment in the present as well as plenty of both. The doors opened by technology and utilised via free trade agreements stimulate the size, frequency, and grandeur of international transactions. This promotes economic strength for all countries involved by equalizing currency exchange rates, developing firm business and political relationships, and finding solutions with more resources and infrastructure than a single nation could support. In realising need for one another, countries are incited toward peaceful resolution over conflicts which increases international dialogue and produces a more wholesome environment for long-term progress.
On a more personal scale as well, our communities are no longer limited by the boundaries of where we live. Globalisation has opened the minds of those from nations involved in the practice to new ways of conducting business, new manners of thinking, and new approaches to former hindrances. These citizens can learn not only how to help those from other nations in need, but further still, can realise their own gains in relationships that are mutually beneficial across nations.
Such relationships are ultimately based upon the implications of competition that open the worlds of science, commerce, and society to the entire Earth and make for a healthful environment of exchange. Every person from every nation regardless of socioeconomic background stands to benefit from this arrangement because each has something to contribute to the global mixture and each has a certain product, service, or ideology that can be vended more successfully from their home region than any other.
Quite simply, by lifting the restrictions that have delivered each country into relatively forced self-reliance, the level of worldwide opportunity can expand at unprecedented rates. Globalisation creates a unity that regards each country as equal, and respects the unique qualities of their backgrounds. So doing, in arriving at this notion of equality, the ultimate human goal of recognizing each other as one and the same can at last be realised…
