So, for many years people decided that to eat healthy diet they have to not eat much meat. But then there was more research. Few years ago a man named Dr. Atkins surprised everyone because he claimed that you can eat as much meat as you want and lose weight and lower cholesterol. You just had to give up carbohydrates such as grains, fruits, and most vegetables. Thousands of people lost weight on his diet. But, not everyone thinks it is healthy. So what's the answer.
