Mankind has a craving for adventure. We have gone a long way since the
first time a human gazed into the stars. The astronauts, scientists,
and astronomers have pushed to explore the open frontier even when there
were many obstacles in the way. Humans have always longed to travel into space. The Chinese invented rockets in the thirteenth century. Rockets for the military have been used to fight wars. But now rockets are used for space travel. Today men have been to the moon and back again. People have truly advanced since the beginning of time. |
