If you're a kid who wants to try yoga, there's lots of ways to get started:
Take a Class - you might take a class at your school, the YMCA, the Boys and Girls Club or the park.
Search the Web - if you go to Google, maybe you can find different pictures to show you how to do yoga.
Get a Yoga Book from the Library
Watch a yoga video or DVD - we liked Yoga Fitness For Kids best. It's good for ages 7-12, but you could be a teenager and like this tape too.
Watch a yoga show on tv.
