Cat Pose:

Good For: Stretching the whole back, chest and abs.

How to: Get on your hands and knees, like you're going to give a horseback ride. Put your chin up as high as you can. Make sure your back is arched. That's the first part. Then put your chin to your chest and make your back like a hump - as far up as you can.

Sha'Reese says, "I feel like I won't have to stretch my back for awhile. If I was old, like 65, and I did this stretch, then I would feel like I was a kid again."

Bryanna did the cat and said, "It made me feel happy because I'm doing something that I never done before."
