Ti-Tsang Wang

This God bestows mercy on people.  He can also save a soul from Hell from Shi-Tien and Yen-Wang.  In order to do this he wanders throughout hell looking for souls he can save.  He is a Buddhist priest and specializes in rebirth of souls.
