To most people, hurricanes are the worst nightmare that have never had, let's look at what the witnesses of these natural disasters says:

"We were requested to bring an invalid man into the shelter. The rainsqualls were still only occasional, so we ventured out…the wind and rain became more ferocious and we quickly loaded the man on to the stretcher and rushed back to the shelter… The rain pelted us until we were drenched…Some time after this the electricity failed and only the emergency lights stayed on.
