LOVE GODS AND GODDESSES

Love gods are common in many different cultures. These gods are matchmakers, and can be prominent in many different myths.

A common theme in a lot of love gods are that they usually pole, stab, or shoot people to cause them to fall in love. The Roman Cupid and the Aztec Xochielli both poke people to make them fall in love. Cupid uses his bows and arrows and Xochielli uses a stick. Without these gods many people wouldn't have fallen in love and for all we know some of us not might be alive today if those people hadnt been tricked into love.
