Chapter Two - Artemis

Artemis was the goddess of the hunt and the protector of children.  Her symbol was the bow, and the deer.  Artemis was the daughter of Leto and Zeus.  Her Roman name was Diana and she lived on Mount Olympus.
Her twin brother, Apollo, noticed that she was spending a large amount of time with the hunter Orion, so he decided to put an end to the relationship.  Apollo
was very nosy, after all.  He had Artemis prove her skill at archery by shooting an object far out at sea.  Her shot was perfect, but sadly her target was Orion's head.
