Treatment of Cancer

Although there is no cure for cancer, there are a variety of treatments in use today for the disease. All of these treatments focus on the killing or removing of cancer cells from the body. There are a few different types of treatments because every cancer is different, and some treatments work more effectively with certain types of cancers than others.
