Exercise
Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle reduces the risk of developing cancer. Adults should participate in moderate activity for 30 minutes or more 5 days a week; however, it would be even more beneficial to engage in 45 minutes or more 5 days a week. Children and adolescents should engage in at least an hour or more of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity at least 5 days a week.
