Introduction History Outcome

The wonder that is most likely the most famous of them all is the Great Pyramid of Khufu in the city of Giza, situated on the western side of present-day Cairo. The pyramid was built in 2560 BC, during the reign of the pharaoh Khufu. As per Egyptian customs, the pyramid would serve as Khufu’s tomb when he died.
