Aker- double lion god, guardian of sunrise and sunset

Amun- the hidden one, god of wind, later he was the god of fertility, and the creator of everything, seen as a bearded man

Ammut- the devourer, female demon, judge of the souls of the dead, devoured the souls of those whose heart weighed more than the feather of truth and justice, head of crocodile body of lion and back of a hippo

Anubis- guardian of the cemetery, supervised the weighing of the soul, jackal headed

Aten- lord of earth, lord of the heavens, no physical appearance

Bastet- the tearer, sun goddess, represents warm life giving warmth

Geb- great cackler, represents the Earth, vegetation god, represented by goose

Hapi- father of the gods, god of the Nile, known as a man colored blue or green

Horus- he who is above, god of moon and sun, seen as a falcon

Hathor- lady of heaven, sometimes goddess of sky, sun, moon, north, south, east, west, moisture, fertility, and agriculture

Isis- the throne, one of the earliest most important goddesses

Khepri- he who comes into existence, god of sunrise, a man with a scarab on his head

Khunum- bird of the cool water, god of water, ram headed man

Maat- goddess of truth, represents law, order, and justice, a feather of hers is weighed against the soul of mortals

Min- chief of heaven, sky god

Mut- lady of heaven, queen of all gods, woman wearing a vulture headdress

Neith- great goddess, goddess of hunt and the war goddess, woman wearing a red crown

Nut- the sky, the mother of all things, woman stretching from horizon to horizon

Osiris- king of the dead, supreme god and the judge of the dead

Ptah- the opener, she represents the sun right before it has risen

Ra- the father of gods, he was from very early times the god of the sun

Sekhmet- the mighty one, she was the goddess of the destructive sun, of intense heat, fire and scorching, she was also the goddess of war

Seshat- lady of the library, goddess of reading, writing, architecture, and arithmatic

Seth- the lord of upper Egypt, the early god of wind and storms

Sobek- he who causes to be fertile, ferocious god, head of a crocodile and the body of a man

Taurt- Gaurdian of woman and little girls, seen as a hippo with the hind legs of a lion
