When and Where occur
A tornado can occur at any time of day, at any time of year. Tornadoes are most likely to occur between 3 and 9 pm, but can occur atmany hours of the day. Tornadoes can appear in any place, but they mostly appear in warm areas . Tornado can strike in any place, but mostly appear East of the Rocky Mountains,and in Tornado Alley. Tornado Alley are states that tornadoes mostly appear in and the states are almost in a straight line like an Alley is. The states that are in Tornado Alley are Texas, Kentucky, and Illinois. The average tornado moves from southwest to northwest, but sometimes tornadoes move in any direction. The average forward speed is 30 -70 miles per hour.
